Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, clients may have the option to reschedule once within 24 hours of the original appointment time, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible or the option is declined, the 50% retainer fee will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
